“I am very disappointed in the service I received to begin with when I had to call in to make the payment for my upgrade I called no one answers in my location Alaska it was noon then I received I return call at 6 am which woke me and my baby up from a dead sleep.. then after I finally am able to make the payment I never received a confirmation email that it was paid and i never received an email that my package had been shipped. I had to reach out to see if my payment was received and all I was told was yes and your order will be processed next thing I know it just shows up what if I had been on vacation my package with a $500 breast pump would of just been sitting on my porch.. this is my second time getting a breast pump through tricare and I will not be recommending baby pavilion to any of my friends and if I have a third child I’ll be returning to the first company I used.”

“Baby Pavilion shipped my insurance pump quickly and the process was easy with my insurance. I liked the availability of a variety of pumps - however, I regret the pump that I chose. Not their fault, I suppose, but some reviews on the website could have prevented a bad choice relying on brand reputation.”

“I wasn’t to sure about this place but it did all the work for me. I knew my insurance covered a breast pump but which ones and how to get it was a mystery to me. I input my information on here and selected which options I liked and they handled getting it approved by my doctor and a week later my pump came. I am super happy about it.”

“The website was super easy to navigate. As a first time mom was a little overwhelmed by the amount options of breast pumps there are but that’s a good thing! Do wish I didn’t need a prescription for the compression garments for postpartum but overall was a good experience.”

“Easy to navigate site and order pump. Very user friendly. Shipped and arrived super fast. Would use again. Would be 5/5 but being called “Mama” in the email subject line asking for a review really turned me off. I’m still a person outside of being “mama” and what if I had suffered any number of complications where being called Mama would highly inappropriate weeks after the order was placed.”

“Amazing customer service! When you call, a person actually answers! There was an issue with my doctors office and the prescription. They reached out via text/email, remedied our problem extremely fast and processed my order. Shipping was very fast too!”
