“It was super easy, even with no prescription they did it all for me and got it from my doctor! Got it super quick, I chose to upgrade for only $50 which was amazing!”

“The company was super easy to work with they shipped out the order within a day or so, and I got it extremely quick. I did get the Eufy S1 wearable pump and I’m not a huge fan of that unfortunately. For me personally, it just doesn’t work.”

“I kept getting ads through Facebook, and by the time I got my prescription I already had Baby Pavilion in mind :) It was actually easier than than I thought, just snapped a picture of my prescription and filled out my information and it only took a couple of days for them to process AND deliver my Spectra to Hawaii! I also opted for the milk storage bags”

“Arrived very quickly and the pump helped me produce far more than I thought I could! The spectra S1 doesn’t come with any special inserts that are likely to fit most women, so be prepared for that, but it is WONDERFUL. I just bought 10$ silicone inserts off amazon and I can’t wait to pump again. (First time mom)”

“Ensure you select the correct pump when placing your order. I intended to purchase the Spectra SG Portable but accidentally selected the standard Spectra SG—pregnancy brain happens. When I contacted customer service, I was instructed to confirm that the seal had not been broken and paid $40 out of pocket to return the item in order to receive the correct pump. However, when the replacement arrived, it was the exact same pump I had just returned. After reaching back out, I was then told the seal had been broken and was essentially accused of being dishonest about the condition of the item. Not only was my time wasted, but I was also out $40 with no resolution. The level of customer service I experienced, especially the implication of dishonesty and disregard for integrity, is unacceptable. This is not how any customer or service member should be treated.”

“This company is amazing! All I had to do was give them my OBGYN office information and they did the rest! When my office didn’t reply to them they sent me a message letting me know what was going on and why there was a delay in progress! From there I was able to let my office know they were trying to reach out and boom everything progressed, it took a total of 3-5 days to get everything processed and I had my breast pump within a week after! I definitely recommend them!”

“This my third baby and my second time using baby pavilion! It love how quick they are and how user friendly their website is. My pump was delivered the same week I ordered it! Filling out my pump subscription and picking my pump was super easy!”
