“Baby Pavilion was so wonderful to work through. They contacted my doctor for the breast pump prescription for TriCare. I was able to select the breast pump that I was interested in, and the milk storage bags too! They shipped it once TriCare allowed the breast pump to be processed, and everything arrived carefully packaged.”

“Baby Pavilion has been very user friendly. I had heard great things before using them myself but I finally got to experience their great customer service first hand. My OB office was slow at filling out the prescription so Baby Pavilion kindly reached out to get things sped up. My pump and other items arrived on time in great packaging. 10/10 recommend!”

“Inconsistent on customer service. Through email 0/10 Jahnica poor communication. Am I expected to know that if my bags weren’t in stock I couldn’t get my pump shipped out? That should be communicated better. Over the phone attendants 10/10 they were great and friendly and helpful! Took a while to get pump being that if the bags you want are out of stock they will not ship your pump but once shipped it took about 3 days! Over all I 100 percent recommend calling vs responding to email, you will get your answers sooner rather than later without waiting days over email for a response.”

“Customer service was easy to reach when I was not able to get my order due to milk bags on back order. Once the items were in stock, my order was processed same day and my pump and bags arrived a couple days later. Thank you for being helpful on the phone each time I called.”
