“I was excited to order a breast pump as one of my friends got hers off here and had a great experience. I had submitted an order for a breast pump and was wondering why I haven’t heard or seen anything. I called this morning to make sure my request was received and the lady who answered was so incredibly rude. She said she needed a prescription from my doctor and she was waiting on it. I asked what she meant by prescription (it’s my first pregnancy so I don’t really know a lot). I told her I’d just call my doctor about it and said thank you. I felt so bad, I kind of just want to purchase my breast pump on my own. The attitude ruined it for me.”

“While I appreciate all the good service I have received, I’m bothered that two times in the notes section of the request I have mentioned that when I requested replacement bottles, the lots were not included. It’s frustrating because they are useless without the lids and nipples and I don’t know why they were sent that way. But also, for me to ask specifically two times for them and they not come shows me that the rational request or notes section or whatever it is is never read.”

“Amazing!! I ordered my pump a few months back and was surprised and happy about how easy it was. Now that baby is here and I’m working on my supply… I wanted new valves in particular so I didn’t have to wash every time. I ordered some on Amazon and then had remembered that baby pavilion might have replacement kits. I checked out the website, got my info put in on a Thursday and my kit was here Sunday morning. Absolutely amazing. Faster than Amazon. And makes me life way easier. Definitely recommending to everyone. Thank you!!”

“I've used Babypavilion for our son 6 years ago as well as now for our daughter. Super easy to upload your prescription. I was able to select the pump I wanted and get my supplies as long as we needed them. I always recommend babypavilion to All new moms I meet.”

“From initial contact, they made it easy to acquire my initial supplies and worked with my provider to get the pump set I was wanting. I loved the fact that they provided replacement parts, helped me with warranty claim when one side lost suction, and allow monthly resupply of milk bags for 1 year. Only down side is they don’t autoship the milk bags so you had to email request and they’d count from ship date and 30 days before you can order next.”

“I absolutely LOVE baby pavilion. I’ve never had any issues with ordering, shipping or even putting in my prescription and insurance. You’re so easy and comfortable to use and your customer service is amazing. Although, I do wish you had more options for breastmilk bags, I still love the options you have now.”
