“I wasn’t to sure about this place but it did all the work for me. I knew my insurance covered a breast pump but which ones and how to get it was a mystery to me. I input my information on here and selected which options I liked and they handled getting it approved by my doctor and a week later my pump came. I am super happy about it.”

“The website was super easy to navigate. As a first time mom was a little overwhelmed by the amount options of breast pumps there are but that’s a good thing! Do wish I didn’t need a prescription for the compression garments for postpartum but overall was a good experience.”

“Easy to navigate site and order pump. Very user friendly. Shipped and arrived super fast. Would use again. Would be 5/5 but being called “Mama” in the email subject line asking for a review really turned me off. I’m still a person outside of being “mama” and what if I had suffered any number of complications where being called Mama would highly inappropriate weeks after the order was placed.”

“Amazing customer service! When you call, a person actually answers! There was an issue with my doctors office and the prescription. They reached out via text/email, remedied our problem extremely fast and processed my order. Shipping was very fast too!”

“Baby Pavillion worked with me to make receiving my pump effortless, and were very patient and flexible when I was having delays getting my prescription to them. Once the prescription was filled by my doctor, I received my pump only a few days later! It was nice not having to worry about this as a first time mom.”

“I am a FTM and I did a lot of research before ordering my breast pump. I decided to use Baby Pavilion as I had heard so many great things about the company. The website was easy to navigate and they have a variety of options to choose from. I am overall impressed with the process of ordering my pump and also shipping only took 2 days. My pump was packaged very well.”
