“They falsely advertise what they are willing to provide monthly when you order your breast pump through them. They also do not help you when they send you a faulty pump nor do they honor what they are SUPPOSED to send base on insurance.”

“What an awesome service. They have been nothing short of extraordinary. If you're at all considering where to get your insurance covered bresat pump and supplies, please look no further. They provide free bags every month with email reminders. Breast pump replacements after a certain amount of time. Along with other free pregnancy and postpartum supplies”

“Baby Pavilion was easy to work with using Tricare. I was able to get the pump I wanted for free and the milk bags and replacement parts through my pumpimg journey! Would highly recommend Baby Pavilion!”

“Such a great experience! Everyone knows that Tricare is a pain to work with, and Baby Pavilion made it so easy to get everything done and approved. It was also super helpful when they emailed me each month about my bag refills! Another plus, when i submitted the refills I usually got them within 24 hours to my door. Might just be my location, but crazy fast shipping was also a plus!”

“They stopped sending me monthly reminders for storage bag reorders after 3 months. Once I figured this out I put a reminder on my calendar to reorder every 30 days. An email would arrive showing an order confirmation then nothing after. I'd call and would be berated for asking because "they don't work weekends" even though it had been well over a week without any shipment confirmation. Coincidentally, not long after the calls I'd receive an email confirmation for shipment and order details showing the order was placed that day even though that was not the case. Tricare covers 100 milk storage bags for three years after a birth, but due to Baby Pavilion's unreliable system my bags only come once every 6-8 weeks and that's despite my monthly reminders to order and only after I call and ask for updates. I'm glad others have had a positive experience with them, but I would never recommend this company over the many others who provide the same service but with actual good customer service.”

“The process of getting my pump and bags was incredibly easy. I'm very thankful they make everything streamlined and easy because I had no idea what I was doing. Without baby pavilion I probably wouldn't have the pump, parts and bags except for through my baby shower or out of pocket.”
