“Customer service is outstanding, and answered any and every question I had. 10/10 recommend I got the Zomme Z2 premium package with a up charge of $35 and was beyond happy with my breast pump. I even got breast milk bags, and was told I’ll get a shipment every month after baby is born.”

“I have had sucha great experience with baby pavilion. I received my pump and parts within days of making my order. They email you every 30 days as a reminder to order new duck bill valves and breast milk bags, which in my opinion has been the best part of the expereince because as a new mom I have enough to keep up with.”

“Loved working with baby pavilion! They had the best prices I could find online for my pump and were always super helpful. “Baby Pavilion made it easy to get my pump, extra supplies, and monthly bags. They have their own prescription form, but I didn't know that at the time I got my prescription. I used the Tricare West prescription form and uploaded it to Baby Pavilion and had no issues with it. They send monthly reminders for your milk storage bags reorder form, which is very fast to fill out, and shipping is reasonably fast. It did take a couple of weeks for my initial breast pump order to get verified and everything before they were able to ship it, but I think that is probably the case with all/most of the breast pump websites. Overall, happy with my choice to use baby pavilion and would recommend to others who have Tricare. Please note this is my experience as someone stationed in the US, however, and I cannot speak to its ease of use for someone stationed overseas.”

“I have used them twice and I love them. I was taken care of every time and I am extremely happy about the customer service. I have found that I was able to get better pumps than in other places for free with my insurance and I love the monthly reminders for parts and bags!”
