“Although I do wish there were more storage bag options, I still rate baby pavilion with 5 / 5 stars because they have always been fast and accurate. It’s amazing being able to have my monthly supplies shipped to me quickly and the breast pump options are fantastic. This is the second time I’ve used baby pavilion since I pumped & breastfed my 1st born for 15 months and I’ll be starting my new journey with my 2nd born later this week and it’s nice not stressing about having a good reliable pump and a reliable website to get my supplies as well.”

“Amazing online support! I asked a question through Facebook messenger and received a response within an hour giving details on the process and reassurances of timelines. I also received updates via email on receipt of order AND response from my providers office with the prescription! So grateful for the great customer service and quick process!!!”

“This was my second child and I used a different company with my first and planned to use them again until I found out they no longer provided Kiinde products. I had never heard of Baby Pavillion before seeing an ad, but I took a chance anyway. The whole process has been straight to the point, and they are very quick with shipping. Customer service is quick to answer questions as well. I'd definitely recommend.”

“Hands-down easiest process in all of Tricare! I used Baby Pavillion to order breast pumps for both of my pregnancies and both times it was so easy to place the order and my pump arrived at my house 2 days later. The first time I ordered an upgraded pump, and they reached out right away to process my payment for the additional amount, got that taken care of quickly and easily and provided an overall outstanding experience. I will forever recommend Baby Pavillion to any military mama's!”

“Tricare East approved! Was really nervous & scared to go through websites online to get a breast pump through insurance. Mainly because they dont really tell you if it will be fully or partially covered. However my experience was amazing. Filling out the form was easy and simple. And if I was missing any information they asked for it & responded fast! Breast pump came in less then a week. I got the Spectra S2 & it was fully covered!”

“Everything has been great except that my initial spectra breast pump and supplies came with one of the flanges chipped already in the box. I sent an email to customer service a while ago and never received a response. BUT with my 1 month supply, they took care of everything so it hasn’t been a terrible experience. Just a little disappointed no one ever contacted me back.”
