“I haven't used the actual pump yet since my baby is yet to be born, but so far the customer service has been great! I ordered my pump and received it in the mail the very next day! I didn't have to wait for a representative when I called Baby Pavilion while I was shopping around and weighing the pros and cons of each company I was considering ordering from. They have left a very positive experience thus far and I look forward to continuing ordering my supplies from them!”

“I like that getting monthly supplies is easy. I did not have a good experience when I first made my order for my spectra S1 through tricare and accidentally ordered the one without the pump bag. When I asked if I could return it to her the bag one (which again is covered by my insurance) they refused and said I would have to pay $50. Again I don’t understand because it originally would have been covered. This was the option I meant to pick especially being a military family constantly moving for a mom that exclusively pumps. The customer service for that was not helpful. They didn’t even return my call and opted to just text me to tell me if I wanted it, I’d have to pu out of pocket.”
