“This was one of the quickest and simplest transactions I have ever done and it even involved insurance! Baby Pavilion provided detailed information about the products and I just felt like I made the right decision to use them as my breast pump provider. “My pump shipped a week ago via FedEx and is lost in transit. It went from guaranteed delivery of 5/23/21 to sitting in Indianapolis for several days with no delivery date in sight - and despite multiple emails to Stacy in customer service I cannot get another one shipped. Since this was covered by my insurance, I am now going to have to deal with them which is another headache to cover a hospital rental until Baby Pavilion sees fit to send a replacement.”

“Really great customer service and I was able to receive some help on some alternative breast pumps when there wasn't a particular one I wanted that they didn't have in their inventory. They really go the extra mile in sending me email reminders when I need to reorder more milk bags and extra parts.”
