“We ordered our pump + bags on a Tuesday and received them by Friday. The shipping and turn around was incredibly fast. I was expecting to get these after i went into labor but they made it before. 10/10”

“Baby pavilion is an awesome resource for Tricare beneficiaries. I liked how easy it was to get a breast pump and pick the one I wanted. I really appreciated the automated reminder notifying me that insurance will cover bags and new pump parts. I do however wish we could pick the bags we get. insurance is willing to spend $X on bags it would be cool if we could pick whatever bag for a set amount.”

“Baby Pavilion has been so awesome helping me get my breast pump and supplies in speedy fashion. They were able to navigate tricare with ease and sent out reminders when it was time to order more supplies for my pump. The ladies in the office are wonderful. “This was my first time ordering with baby pavilion. I hadn't heard of them before. I was recommended to them from my Tricare New Beginnings Nurse and I'm glad I ordered with them. I ordered the double electric Elvie pump and kiinde twist milk storage bags. It shipped directly to my door Within a few days. My order shipped the same day I ordered February 1st my ordered arrived February 3rd. 2023 They kept me up to date on shipping process via emailed and notified me once my order arrived.. The ordering process was quick and simple. One of the things I loved about them was that they provide an extended 1 yr warranty for the pumps after the 2yr manufacturer warranty. I also like that they were a little cheaper compared to other breastfeeding supply companies. Although they did have a price increase (as I noticed other companies did to) they honored my orginal quoted price for the pump I needed. I'm so grateful for that! My package was throughly and nicely packaged to prevent damage and tampering. I just signed up for one of their free newborn/baby educational class on how to know your baby is getting enough. I'm looking forward to to attending all of the upcoming newborn breastfeeding and other educational classes. I highly recommend this company.”
