“I'm very disappointed in this company. At first they were great. I ordered my pump here and it arrived fast. I also order monthly milk bags that are covered by my insurance. Well recently I had part of my pump break and I tried ordering a replacement with my monthly orders. They denied sending me one for a few weeks due to it not being 30 days from my last order. Now I have to buy a replacement on my own or struggle until they decide to send me one. Their reasoning was because insurance wouldn't cover the shipping cost, because I'm placing my order early. This makes me feel like they don't appreciate their customers and their needs. This is why I'm leaving this review. I've been struggling with my milk leaking and only having one suction. Very disappointed.”

“I wish I could give 5 stars. The overall process to order was so simple and easy… but my issue is with this…. I had a delivery date for the 17th. And now there’s no delivery date. No updates to the order. And I still haven’t received my pump… I’m all around concerned I’m not getting it at this point and I’m really stressed because I can’t afford this pump out of pocket.”

“This is the second time I’ve ordered with baby Pavilion and both times were very easy. They shipped fast and I have had ZERO issues. I love the fact they send out a reminder about your supply refill. I almost bought refills my first time and they sent the reminder out just in time. I had refills the same week and saved money!”
