“The only bad thing I have to say is that BabyPavilion is not well know as it should be. It’s the easiest, most user-friendly option for military or tricare users. I didn’t have anywhere near a good experience with my first child and a tricare covered pump and didn’t know I was eligible for milk bags or anything else but the pump. I am SO grateful for my friend who told me about it.”

“Ordering my breast pump from Baby Pavilion was easy and efficient. The staff that I talked to on the phone was very helpful and friendly. Placing the order online was straight forward. I received my breast pump 1 week after I ordered it. Very satisfied with this company!”

“Baby Pavillion makes getting breastfeeding supplies a breeze!! They are very helpful with ordering the right pump for you.. very prompt on delivery time. And even send monthly reminders of when you are due to order supplies! They make it mindless.. which I definitely need postpartum!”

“Normally I would give 5/5 stars however I'm a little disappointed by my last order. I order breast milk storage bags every months because I exclusively pump and use all 90 each month. This past order (for February) I had to change the delivery address because my husband and I are currently pcs-ing across the country. We don't have our address yet so I decided to use my mother address for the bags to be sent to. Normally once I place an order it gets approved and shipped within a couple days. This last order I placed it and almost a week later it hadn't been approved or shipped. I emailed to ask when and let baby pavilion know that I had to change my address, the rep was GREAT. However now I have left my mother's (we visited her on the way) and the bag still hadn't delivered. So now my mom will have to shipp them to me when they arrive tomher house. For reference I placed the order January 23rd, emailed bp about when my order will ship on February 5th. It's currently February 13th and FedEx has a pending statues.. originally said they'd be delivered Feb 9th then the 11th. I definitely realize the shipping/FedEx isn't bp fault, I just with bp would have approved my order before I emailed about it almost two weeks later.”

“Trying to figure out how to order a breast pump through TRICARE was so confusing. Baby Pavilion was not even on the list of approved vendors the hospital gave me. I’m so glad I found them. They had the pump I wanted, and the upgrade fee for the bag and cooler was considerably less than other places I’d looked at! They also sent me a reminder to order my free accessories kit and another 90 breast pump bags! 10/10 recommend!”

“I have ordered twice through baby pavilion and have had the best experience from selecting my pump, to getting items shipped, to receiving them fast! I do get monthly emails to reorder storage bags and if need replacement parts for my spectra. I did miss out on ordering a month and stopped receiving the monthly email (my fault) but i just go on an old accessory form and order my monthly bags with no issues”
