“Customer service was fantastic. When my pump was shipped and couldn’t be delivered to my PO Box, it was sent back to originator. Without a problem, they allowed me to update the address and sent it back out to me! Sylvia was the best help and superb with communication about my prescription and re-shipping.”

“I liked how quickly they shipped my breast pump. However I didn’t like how they tried to upcharge me for a more expensive pump which would have caused me to pay the difference out of pocket.”

“This is my 3rd time ordering with BP and the worst experience I’ve had. There were issues with my drs office receiving the fax order from BP. I had someone reach out from BP and verify everything. My order finally went through after stating that I would just order through a different company. I received my pump shortly after however it was the wrong pump. I kept it because at this point I was expecting baby any day. I’m not sure what was going on this time. I’ve had great experiences previously. This was just another stressor during this pregnancy. I had a stroke at 9 weeks and baby was diagnosed with severe IUGR at 20 weeks.”

“It was very straight-forward and easy to work through the process. The team was great, very responsive. I have not yet started using my pump, so I can't yet speak to the product itself. That being said, initial registration, selection, and working with the team was great.”

“The Baby Pavilion is legit and they did a great job with my order and it was an easy process .Ordered my breast pump on April 30th and it got delivered on May 11th (haven’t used it yet since the baby is due in June)”

“4th time using this website for my pump and monthly supplies and would not go anywhere else. Customer service is amazing. The site is very easy to navigate and registration ia simple. Pump shipped within 2 days of submitting my information. Every month I had prompt emails asking for resupply order and it was shipped within 2 days. Overall, highly recommend Baby Pavilion”
