Amazing. Delivered early and never placed my pump order, they were able to fulfill my order quickly after my doctor verified the prescription. Super fast shipping- I am very satisfied. I got the zomee wearable and having a great experience with it!

Very easy process to get a pump! Only needed to prescription from doctor and they took care of the rest working with insurance!

I would recommend using baby pavilion especially for any active duty, their service and selection were amazing! I also got quick repsonses and great customer service. My experience was 10/10.

Super convenient for military mommas! I was able to look at all the pumps before I decided, uploaded my prescription and that was it! They also sent me a package of breast milk bags with my first delivery already!

This was my first experience ordering a pump from this company, I called to confirm that they were in network to my insurance company, the customer service I recieved was both helpful and quick. They confirmed they that my online order was processed and I recieved my pump within 3 business days with no hassle.

I am so thankful for Baby Pavilion. This was my first time using them. I loved the communication and I received my pump so quick. I have yet to use it because baby girl is not here yet but again, I would recommend going through Baby Pavilion any day and really appreciate the quick and easy response times.

Customer service was fantastic. When my pump was shipped and couldn’t be delivered to my PO Box, it was sent back to originator. Without a problem, they allowed me to update the address and sent it back out to me! Sylvia was the best help and superb with communication about my prescription and re-shipping.

I liked how quickly they shipped my breast pump. However I didn’t like how they tried to upcharge me for a more expensive pump which would have caused me to pay the difference out of pocket.

This is my 3rd time ordering with BP and the worst experience I’ve had. There were issues with my drs office receiving the fax order from BP. I had someone reach out from BP and verify everything. My order finally went through after stating that I would just order through a different company. I received my pump shortly after however it was the wrong pump. I kept it because at this point I was expecting baby any day. I’m not sure what was going on this time. I’ve had great experiences previously. This was just another stressor during this pregnancy. I had a stroke at 9 weeks and baby was diagnosed with severe IUGR at 20 weeks.

It was very straight-forward and easy to work through the process. The team was great, very responsive. I have not yet started using my pump, so I can't yet speak to the product itself. That being said, initial registration, selection, and working with the team was great.
