“I am so happy I went through baby pavilion to get my pump. I used tricker and the process was incredibly easy! And the things I love the most is that they send me a reminder every month to get my free bags.! I am always so busy, I would never remember to do that and I would end up spending way more money than needed.”

“Site was very easy to maneuver. Shipping was fast and machine is as described; however, I would have preferred to be able to choose the size flange I need. I was sent 24 and 28, both of which are too large and unusable.”

“During the pandemic I was thinking it would take awhile for me to receive my supplies and since I was able to email the prescription that maybe I’d have problems with that also but this website worked perfectly for me and I received my supplies quickly.”

“Found them on Instagram and was recommended to me by a friend/coworker. They made communication easy by email and by phone. Transaction was easier than anticipated and receiving my items was even quicker. I literally confirmed and received my pump in a matter of days. I highly recommend them!!! Plus they tell you what is covered by your insurance if you’re looking for something specific!!”

“I have used a couple different supply companies for my breastfeeding supplies in the past and Baby Pavilion absolutely has had the best customer service! Such a sweet & helpful team behind the company that seem to genuinely care about their customers and the experience they have with their service. If I had to pick one thing they could improve on it would be that in order to get your monthly re-supply you have to complete the whole order form process online every time, I like that other companies I have used have just auto shipped without me having to get online and fill anything out, but it’s definitely not a deal breaker!”

“I received medela maxflow deluxe pump from baby pavilion for my 2nd baby. I always have very good experience with baby Pavilion. Customer care is quick in response every single time during my first pregnancy as well as in my second pregnancy. I would suggest to all mommies that If you have have tricare insurance then don’t think too much and order through baby pavilion.”
