“Baby Pavilion is usually pretty good but customer service has declined quite a bit since I have started using them. We are only allowed to order on a specific date or after (not a big deal) well my order never showed up and instead of replacing the product they told me just to ask my provider for a bigger prescription so that I can have extra. I was already charged for the items and they won’t replace them because of “delays”. I get that there are delays but after a month of waiting on my items the company should do the right thing and just send a replacement out”
