“Very helpful staffs! I am a first time mom and doesn’t really know what am I doing. I chatted with them online and over the phone and asked a lot of questions about pumps and other new mom stuff. They were very patient and helpful. So glad that I used this company!”

“Awesome! I love the reminders. As a homeschooling parent with a newborn, I function most of the time on half -a-brain due to sleep deprivation and 100 open tabs in my mind. It's wonderful that Baby Pavillion's reminders and order forms are so exhausted-mom friendly lol. Takes the guessing game and helps me keep track of when I'm supposed to order supplies!”

“I am amazed at how simple it was to get order my my pump! The person I spoke to on the phone was polite and knowledgeable. I compared many companies and so happy I went with this company. I had my pump in 48 hours after turning my prescription in! Thank you for making the process so easy. I have told multiple people already about the great costumer service!”

“I reached out a couple of times to Baby Pavilion while choosing and waiting for my breast pump to be sent to me. Each time, they got back to me swiftly and were incredibly helpful in answering my questions and solving any issue I had. It was super easy to get in touch with them via Facebook messenger too, which was awesome. I used this company for my first pregnancy and had a great experience, so I'm happy to be able to use them for my pregnancy now, especially since I'm having the same excellent customer service experience as before!”
