“The initial shipment of the breast pump was fast but after that the breastmilk bags never arrived at a timely manner. The company ships with FedEx which is the worst shipping company ever! Never deliver packages on time. More than once I have to wait for almost a week for the supplies. This company doesn't do auto shipment and they dont offer freebies like other companies. Also if you "eligible date" falls on the weekend, your "eligibility date" will be pushed back for the upcoming months and thus further delaying your supplies. Unfortunately I am stuck here to reorder my supplies. If I can redo, I would never have chosen this company. On the positive side, the customer service is good so I added 1 star.”

“I lost my wallet and couldn't use my military card because it was stolen. I reached out to Baby Pavilion and within 5 minutes I was speaking to someone. They reordered my normal order within 10 minutes start to finish. I ordered my pump and all my following stuff through you guys. I absolutely love this company!!”

“I haven't tested the product yet as baby hasn't arrived, but WOW did Baby Pavilion make getting the pump super easy! My Tricare doctor made it sound so complicated but in just 5 min I made the order and in less than a week it was here! No money out of pocket. Thanks for making it stress free, Baby Pavilion!”
