“I had an excellent experience with Baby Pavilion. They really made the process simple and painless. It was super easy to order my pump, monthly storage bags and replacement valves for the pump flanges. Everything was shipped and delivered within a couple of days, which I really appreciated when I relied on these supplies to pump at work. I highly recommend this company to all my friends and expecting mothers.”

“I was a little skeptical at first because I guess it took a while for baby pavilion to receive the needed prescription for a breast pump from my ob. Once they finally got it they shipped out my breast pump toward the end of my second trimester which is a great time. Shipping was quick and baby pavilion kept me up to date every step of the way.”

“My doctor sent my prescription to another distributor and I had 3 options for breast pumps, 2 of which I would have to pay out of pocket for. I knew about Baby Pavilion from other Military wives, so I asked for my prescription back to submit to them. I had many more choices that were free under my insurance and I was given information about reminders for replacement parts and bags to be sent to my home without further documentation needed. SO MUCH EASIER!”

“Easy to navigate the website. I also get my product rather quickly! I wish The form didn’t have to be filled out every time and that there was some way we could make an account to keep track of what we ordered. But it’s a plus that reminders are sent out now!”

“Getting breastfeeding supplies from baby pavilion was smooth and easy. Customer service rep I spoke with was nice and professional. My only qualm is your emails always address me as “mama”. I know it’s common, but it rubs me the wrong way as this language is not inclusive of all people who breast/chest feed. I’m not just a “mama”, and only my child should be calling me that anyway.”
