“I did have great experience with them 3 years ago but recently order my new pump thru tricare. Ended up receiving the wrong pump but called customer service and they were able to assist. They sent me a tracking number which is invalid. Hoping the receive the requested pump so that I provide a better review.”

“Baby Pavilion was very easy to use and made the process of utilizing my Tricare prescription extremely quick. My order was shipped immediately upon approval and Debbie was great with communicating. I would recommend this company to anyone especially those using tricare.”

“I just received my pump. The process to order through baby pavilion was super easy. Once o decided which pump I wanted it took less than 24 hours for them to verify insurance and approve my orders. I received my pump in less than a week and that was even with FedEx delaying delivery.”

“It took more than a month, and it was a lot of back and forth. The lady communicating with me via text would take days to responded to only tell me that she didn’t get my email. I had to call her to get the issue fix. The communication was horrible.”
