“This is my first baby and I’m so lucky a friend told me about baby pavilion! I’m not sure why anyone would NOT use this resource! I even messed the order up when placing it on a Sunday night and got an email first thing Monday morning from someone at BP asking me for the information needed to finish my breast pump order. They then shipped it same day! It also arrived within 5 days from shipping, so literally less than 7 days for the entire thing to transpire and one of the days was me messing up. I was really impressed and I’m so grateful :)”

“Placed an order on 1/25/22 and still have not receive it (2/1/22) …. The same thing happened when I ordered my spectra through Baby Pavilion. The shipping is god awful and I wish they would use anyone else other than FedEx. I had to replace the parts for my spectra and have successfully ran out of milk for my baby because of how long the shipping has taken regardless of manually expressing and buying an entire new pump.. Please change shipping companies.”

“I can’t say enough the process was so easy! My DR put a prescription for my breast pump and that same day I was contacted by Stacy with a link and list of breast pumps my insurance covered. She answered all the questions I had. I told her which one I had decided to go with and she placed my order that same day. Thank you!”

“Baby Pavillion makes my life as a mom much easier. They send me emails when it's time to order more bags. They were extremely helpful in ordering my breast pump. All I had to do was provide my information and choose my pump. They worked with the insurance company so I didn't have to. I would highly recommend using this company!”

“I ordered the Spectra S2 with the tote. I am a first time mom and it was the perfect pump for me and super easy assembly and super hygienic. It was 100% free through TriCare. I also got it less than 2 days after ordering it.”
