The entire process is hassle free and efficient. Can’t say enough good things about how wonderful customer service this company has.”

“They are very prompt, professional and very knowledgeable with their products. They have excellent customer service & visibility with insurance coverage and I really like this company. They ensured I had my breast pump within 1 week of ordering & provided the essential with refills with no additional worries. If you don't have time for delays & nonsense. This is your company!!”

“Love Baby Pavilion! They made getting my breast pump, milk bags and accessories so easy, and the free upgrade allowed me to get the rechargeable battery operated version of the pump I wanted. Since I commute an hour each way everyday to work, this made life so so much easier! I highly recommend using them if you have Tricare.”

“Get service, I don't know what I would do without the monthly reminders to order my supplies. My order was shipped on the same day and I received it 3 days later. I've been a customer since my son was born in 2018 and now with my daughter in 2020 as well!!!”

“I’m very disappointed that you guys didn’t send me an email to restock on storage bags. I had to put in a request for them last minute and now til this day my storage have not been here smh it was supposed to be here on Memorial Day or the day after and now it’s already June 8”

“My first pregnancy in 2017 my Tricare provider ordered a pump through a local company, but I went through baby pavilion for Kiinde storage bags. The process was so simple that I knew this pregnancy I wanted to order everything through baby pavilion. I uploaded my rx on a holiday and 2 days later my pump and several storage bags showed up at my door. Excellent service in 2017/2018 and excellent service now.”

“I had a great experience with ordering my pump through Baby Pavilion! They checked up on me when there was a delay in getting the prescription from my doctor's office, and once the Rx went through my pump arrived within the week! I also appreciated their familiarity with Tricare and the free upgrade.”
