“I have used other companies to order my breast pump and it was such a hassle and so many loops to jump through but Baby Pavillion was so quick and simple and had my pump to me in 3 days! Also other companies only sent me milk bags every few months but BP has sent me so much replacements for free every few months. I will use them for my next baby and will continue referring friends and family to this company!”

“Ordering my pump and storage bags was one of the easiest things I’ve ever done. I have Tricare for insurance, Baby Pavilion took care of everything, eliminating the need for me to fill out forms and pay upfront and submit a reimbursement claim (like I did for my first pregnancy). Very quick customer service response and shipping. Absolutely recommend!”

“Baby Pavilion is seriously so good!! Their customer service is impeccable. I order something that was on back order and they messaged me right away telling me so and just making sure I knew that, time they’ll get in stock and that I still had time to pick something else. I stuck with the item and the product literally arrived to my door within the next week!! So so fast!!”

“The process of ordering a breast pump was so direct and fast. My first order of storage bags was efficient as well. Unfortunately, it's 7 days having my 30th day being12/8, and I'm yet to receive the storage bags..Somebody must be dragging your process.”

“Great communication, support and relatively easy to navigate website. Timely shipments that arrive quickly. They have good options compared to other suppliers that I have looked at. More transparent and upfront than most. Biggest reason I went with Baby Pavilion is because they are one of the few that carries Kiinde bags. Seriously so amazing!”
