“Great customer service and super fast shipping however the bags I received 80 instead of 90 without any solutions to receive the rest. Also I noticed some people posted that they receive the kiinde starter pack at no additional cost however I didn’t get that option. Other than that the process to get your breast pump is super easy.”

“Website is misleading. If you got a breast pump elsewhere not having known about this provider, don't attempt to get Kiinde breast milk storage bags covered. They will not do it. They only offer monthly coverage of Kiinde bags to mothers who ordered pump through them. Bright side, owner is nice and offered to alter wording on website.”

“Pro: Timeliness in delivery Con: Promised 90 bags was only delivered 80 because of how they are packaged. No solution to receiving the extra bags”

“They tried to process my order wrong stating that the pump wasn't covered. Then when I asked to cancel my order because the wrong pump was ordered they said that it could not be canceled or changed. They changed my order without confirming with me after I requested the pump order to be cancelef. They also do not pay for returns and expect me to pay to return it.”

“Great customer service! I love that they response within minutes, sometimes my monthly bags get to me a little late but it’s not really their fault is more of like delivery delays but besides that they are GREAT!”

“Baby Pavillion makes it so easy to get your pump and all other related supplies. I was confused and nervous about the process of having to use my insurance and they made it super simple and easy taking away all my fears. Their prefilled prescriptions for the doc to edit and sign were super helpful for my OBGYN and I ensuring Tricare didn't reject my request for a pump, pumping supplies, or my pregnancy belt.”

“The most convenient way to get all my maternity support/garments! The only thing I didnt like is they use FEDEX and the tracking number did not update. Everything else was smooth and great!”
