“Lately baby pavilion has been slipping. I never get reminders to order my supplies even after checking my email with them. Because of this, I order my stuff in advance so I don’t forget. This month I was waiting for an email to let me know my items were on their way. I never got one so after 2 days I called and found out that my order was never placed. I hope this does not happen again.”

“Amazing company. They are there for you every step of the way to help you with getting your pump and any supplies needed. Customer service has always been friendly and very efficient. “This was THE friendliest “first time mommy” breast pump websites I was told about. My OB actually recommended me ordering my pump this way. I had no clue what I was doing or where to even start. Baby pavilion not only delivered my breast pump within a week right to my doorstep, you’re also able to compare breast pumps right on the website!! 10/10 ⭐️ Highly recommend. “Fast easy order using my insurance. Fast shipping with detailed updates. And when I ordered replacement parts I sent mentioned I needed smaller flanges and they sent them. Excellent company and experience!”

“Order came in quickly with almost everything in it. I was supposed to get 90 kiinde bags but only received 80. I was so supposed to get 5 packs of duck valves but only got 5… other than that everything else was there and came at a reasonable time.”

“Easy and pleasant to work with. Debbie reached out to me when there was an issue with my insurance which was greatly appreciated since it was an error on the insurance's part and that allowed me to quickly address the issue and get everything straightened out instead of getting blindsided later. I would go through them again if we have another baby.”
