“I am so happy I ordered my pump and supplies through Baby Pavilion. They have made the process so easy with helpful monthly reminders to place my order. Items are shipped right away and I always receive them in a few days. The customer service over the phone is also awesome. Thank you for making this part of my motherhood journey pain free and easy!”

“I think its important to highlight that you dont process orders on weekends. For example if i am eligible on friday, you wont process until Monday. And then from there i have to wait on shipping, which takes multiple days. Not over night or not even 2 day shipping. This pushes the date of fulfillment back each month.”

“Baby Pavillion is fantastic! They ship orders out to their customers in a very expedient manner, meaning you will have your pump, accessories and bags for storage whenever you need them! They work with your insurance company for you and get you everything you are allowed to have at no cost to you! They even send you reminders when you are allowed to order more bags.”

“This company ships and delivers quickly with accuracy. If there is any information that might be helpful to you they send an email less than 48 hours after placing your order with follow on steps as well as any documentation you may need. I highly recommend.”

“I initially used baby pavilion to purchase my breast pump based off a recommendation and I cannot be more thankful for that advice. Not only was the entire process easy (I mean super easy), the shipping and customer service is top notch. After I received my pump I got notified I can continue using their services for pump parts and breastmilk bags, yes please! I was even able to send them a prescription to receive additional breastmilk bags paid for by my insurance. I will recommend baby pavilion to every momma that will listen to me!”

“Baby Pavilion is amazing! Used them with my first child in 2019 and recommended them to everyone I talked to, so had to use them again with baby #2. I upgraded my package and Stacy contacted me same day to get the payment coordinated and get my order placed. Her customer service was great and she made it such an easy process. Order was shipped the same day and delivered a few days later. I look forward to the ease of replenishing supplies in the future. I will continue to recommend this company to all the Mamas I know!”
