“First time military momma here. Baby pavilion made ordering my breast pump super simple and hassle free. Just asked my OB nurse for a prescription, took a picture to make it a PDF, uploaded to their site, chose my desired pump and it showed up on my doorstep a few days later! Baby Pavilion took care of all the insurance and payment behind the scenes, so we didn't have to pay anything out of pocket (for our chosen pump. Of course there are options for some that may include additional upgrade fees). But overall, very happy with experience and would definitely recommend Baby Pavilion to other Mommas for supply needs.”

“Baby Pavilion was so easy to use for my insurance covered (Tricare) breast pump. Took maybe 5 minutes to fill out the form and I received my order in 3 days! I highly recommend this site for anyone looking to get a breast pump.”

“Great customer service. Requested new pump parts and was provided the prescription form in an email that day already filled out and ready to go that I just needed signed by my doctor! Sent in the form and my parts were shipped and to me within a week.”

“I am due in March and ordered my Spectra Gold pump a little over a week or so ago. Even with the small upgrade fee, it was a quick and easy service! From the time I found the website and was using the chat feature to receiving my pump and accessories! My baby isn't here yet so I cannot speak to how the pump has worked out so far, but I would definitely recommend Baby Pavilion for anyone looking for breastfeeding supplies.”

“I haven’t even gotten it yet for this month and it was shipped out a week ago today. The FedEx tracking claimed the schedule delivery dated is today but the actual tracking doesn’t have an update since yesterday when it left Dallas Texas.”

“I found this company when researching pumps covered by insurance! I called and they picked up the phone! What company still has someone answer?? They walked me through everything I needed to do! They also informed me on what else I was eligible for. Every month they send me a reminder to request supplies! I have been nursing (pumping while at work) for 13 months. I only have great things to say about this company and every interaction I have had for the past 18 months! I recommend them to everyone I know!”
