“Firstly, the customer service is exceptional. I sent an email with my prescription from insurance and was emailed back the next business day (Monday) early in the morning and I was in contact with that rep back to back until I was satisfied and my order was complete. By noon that same day, my order was shipped out and I received it that Thursday. Usually contact through email takes forever but it was so fast and constant it seemed like we were texting. Also, the rep was very helpful/patient in making sure I knew my options and was definite on my decision. I appreciate that because I am indecisive. Thank you.”

“Our baby decided to make an early surprise entrance and ended up needing a little extra help in the NICU. I was worried about getting a pump quickly, so the lactation consultant suggested baby pavilion. My pump arrived the day after we ordered! Could not recommend enough”

“Ordering with Baby Pavilion is a very easy process and the order forms/prescriptions are provided so that you can just bring it to your Ob-Gyn for signature. They also email you a reminder so that you will not forget to order your supplies. Finally, all of their customer service representatives are always helpful and very friendly. I definitely recommend this company!”

“I had no idea where to start with tricare and pumps/supplies and maternity things like compression socks and support bands. Baby pavilion made it so easy, especially with prescription blanks to just hand to my doctor to sign, and continues to make it super easy with all my pump supplies. Thank you baby pavilion!”

“I LOVE baby pavilion! They make it so easy to place an order and they handle everything with Tricare West. From ordering my Spectra pump to ordering accessories almost monthly, I am so glad I found them. My orders always arrive within 2 days and I love their email reminders when I am eligible to re-order milk bags and other accessories.”
