“stacy was the best!! super helpful and quick to email me back! sent out my pump promptly on my 27 weeks. when my bags were missing she ordered them immediately!! 10 stars for stacy!”

“I used Baby Pavillion for my last child for my pump and kiinde system delivery. They were so easy to work with that I knew I would go through them again to order the same supplies. I filled out the easy online form to order my pump. It shipped the same day and got here incredibly fast. I even made a mistake on which model pump when I filled out the form, so I called to see if I could correct it. Stacy fixed it immediately. Their customer service is lightning fast on email and by phone. Military/Tricare friendly. Highly recommend.”

“Would not recommend to a friend. I have been using Baby Pavilion for about 8 months. I like that there is free home delivery. However my deliveries are through Fedex and are always a week + from my order. Orders have to be made every month through the website. There is no option to create a profile so the same mundane information is put in each time. And there is no auto renew for any duration of time. As a new mother, a feature to simply log in and quick order my bags would be great. Also, there is no reminder system, so you have to create your own reminder to order bags. Additionally, there isnt a confirmation notice of any type after putting in your order (like email or text) so i have to go out of my way to ensure my order got placed. Ive emailed without response. I had to use facebook messenger. I use the kiinde system and for 4 ish months my orders were short due to packaging problem. After being shorted for so long, i had to ask to be given more after a few shorted shipments. Wasn't offered. Or just compt due to the shortage. Ive had to out of pocket buy bags on several occasions due to late deliveries and shortages.”

“I thought the website was very easy to use, informational and great to navigate! The only thing I wish was on there was the additional costs, they aren’t listed which forced me to call. Great website overall! Live the reminders soon to come too!”

“Baby Pavilion was super easy to use, super convenient, professional and responsive. My Dr. sent a prescription to them and I received a text about what I needed to choose from the list of available pumps and bags. After I reviewed them, I text back with what I wanted and the items were immediately shipped and got here super quick! Can't imagine an easier process! Stacy was great!”

“I can’t say how easy Baby Pavillion has been on me! I work full time and 100% breast feed my baby! Getting my pump was way easier than I thought it would be. The storage bag reminder and delivery every month is so helpful for me, because I forget all about it until I get the notification and I’m almost always out of bags.”
