“I had a wonderful experience ordering my pump through Baby Pavilion! They worked with Tricare and my OB to get a prescription and communicated with me regularly (via text! how convenient!) about the process. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is thinking of ordering a pump!”

“This was very easy and convenient from what I expected. Entire transaction from application to shipping was processed in 1 day and got my Spectra Synergy Pump a few days later (given the weekend). The only extra step that I had to do was call in to make my upgrade payment. Ordered on a Thursday and was delivered Monday.”

“Although the customer service is great and it is nice to not have to deal directly with Tricare, it takes way to long for the bags to get to my house after reordering them. I have often times had to order them from Amazon so I don't run out. I am surprised how long it takes to get the bags since the pump arrived to my house within 2 days.”

“Super great and easy to work with! Stacy, the nurse working with me, was super helpful and provided a list of pumps fully covered by Tricare. I received my pump in the same week I ordered it. Highly recommend!”

“Made the process of getting my breast pump quick and easy. Filled out the online form, and was emailed by a representative not too long after submitting it. Once I got my prescription uploaded, it was shipped to me the next day. Much easier than buying one myself and having to submit a claim like I was originally planning on doing!”

“Baby Pavilion was great and so easy to use!! I filled out some questions, uploaded my prescription and within a day it was approved and my breast pump was shipped! The whole process from filling everything out online to shipping to receiving the breast pump and milk storage bags was less than a week! highly recommend!!”

“This is the second time I've utilized Baby Pavilion to get my breast pump/supplies. The process was so easy that I recommend them to everyone that has the same insurance company as me. I literally printed out the prescription for and brought it with me to my doctors appt. The OB office faxed the prescription to them and I received a confirmation of shipment within 24 hours. It does not get any easier than that!!”

“I am so happy I went through Baby Pavilion and got the Spectra S1 completely covered through insurance as well as milk storage bags. The process to get a pump ordered was super easy and fast. It took no time at all for them to process everything and have the pump shipped and delivered. I had it within 3 days of the order being confirmed.”
