“Baby Pavilion is so easy to work with and is up to date with Tricare requirements and eligibility. I had issues receiving products from other companies claiming to work with Tricare but the only provided half of what I was allowed. Baby Pavilion send reminders when its time to reorder so I never run out.”

“Great customer service and were very quick to ship my items! I wasn't sure if they had recieved my submission due to not receiving an email so I reached out to customer service. They were super helpful and confirmed I was good to go and re sent the confirmation. It ended up in my junk mail! They were also great at updating me on the status of the order. Highly recommend!”

“Baby Pavilion was very customer friendly. The process to claiming your breast pump and breast pump supplies was very easy simple steps to follow. It took no time and with in days my breast pump was at my front door. I highly recommend Baby Pavilion for all you breast bumping needs.”

“SO EASY! Baby Pavilion had the breast pump I was looking for and their process was short and simple. It was delivered that week! They handled everything with my insurance company and OB. The monthly email reminders for bag resupply is so great. I have never had an issue.”

“Excellent customer service and short response times. Every time I’ve had a question I’m met with a very prompt, friendly, and helpful person to assist with my request. They make it very easy for me as an active military mom to get the resources I need from my insurance without wondering if I’m getting everything I need that’s covered by tricare.
