“Filling out the application information was so easy and Baby Pavillion did everything- they got my prescription, followed up and sent me my pump in a short time! They are so quick and helpful with every step of the process!! I highly recommend them to everyone!”

“Overall pretty satisfied with the service. There was some back and forth as they didn’t recognize the rx from my obstetrician with an e signature so have to physically go to office to get rx refilled out by them but Brendy kept me in the loop and shipping was quick once they got the new form.”

“I reached out via email on a Friday around 4pm to inquire about receiving a hands free breast pump through my insurance and with a prescription ready if needed. Within the hour, I had a had a back and forth conversation with a representative, answering all my questions and confirmed shipment of the selected pump. By Sunday afternoon, the pump, as well as milk storage bags and a prescription for compression gear arrived at my home. The customer service has been great and the expedited delivery service is a plus. I have not used the pump and I am not due for another 2 weeks but so far my overall experience has been pleasant. Thank you.”

“So, so easy to work with & so kind! I filled out the necessary forms with my prescription & after a short verification by email, my pump was shipped the very next day! I would highly recommend, as a matter of fact I already have to my friend who is currently 20 weeks. Thank you!”

“I am so glad my lactation consultant told me about Baby Pavilion. It took out 100% of the stress I had about ordering a pump through insurance. I ordered the pump I wanted in a matter of minutes and they reached out to me within 2 hours of the order or verify my information and get the order processed. I got my pump in the mail a few days later! I could not recommend this company enough!”

“I can’t rave enough about baby pavilion. I was sketchy at first because you get so much more than any other breast pump company and it sounded too good to be true. So I emailed them first regarding my prescription to see if it was sufficient for them and they replied back real fast. So friendly, Felt like I was texting a friend. They have so many options that I was confused about what to get. (Not really a problem,I know) as if that isn’t enough they give you a very nice upgraded package instead of just a basics. Not just a pump, but all that you might need such as milkbags and the cooler, ect. I placed my order, They sent it the same day. And within two days, I had a nice box in front of my door. Hassle free, just easy, no headache. Thanks for the top-notch service. Haven’t had such a good experience in a long time. And as a first time, mom, I Appreciate it.”

“Crazy how easy and smooth it was to order with BP, there were a few medical shops locally that we could go to with tricare but they were very limited on the pumps we could pick. I filled out the form and attached my prescription and we had a tracking number an hour later with our pump on the way! If you are military and looking for the best option with tricare this is it!”
