“Banggood offers very good services. Prices are reasonably. In price reduction periods, they really have some excellent offers. The delivery is very good, products are arriving quickly. Packaging is excellent. One time I was not satisfied with a product and I wanted to return it. I returned it and I was very satisfied with all the returning procedure, mostly because Banggood had very good communication with me. I felt that customer service was interested in the problem I had with that product.”

“OK ! Až na to, že nešlo při nákupu z PC vybrat dopravu ( Z Polska, nebo Číny ) a nešlo vybrat napětí 230V, nebo 110V. Cena poštovného do Číny stála víc než polský transformator 230na110V. Reklamaci nechtěli uznat. Výměna nebyla možná. Jen vrácení a to by bylo nevhodné.”
