“Banggood offers very good services. Prices are reasonably. In price reduction periods, they really have some excellent offers. The delivery is very good, products are arriving quickly. Packaging is excellent. One time I was not satisfied with a product and I wanted to return it. I returned it and I was very satisfied with all the returning procedure, mostly because Banggood had very good communication with me. I felt that customer service was interested in the problem I had with that product.”

“OK ! Až na to, že nešlo při nákupu z PC vybrat dopravu ( Z Polska, nebo Číny ) a nešlo vybrat napětí 230V, nebo 110V. Cena poštovného do Číny stála víc než polský transformator 230na110V. Reklamaci nechtěli uznat. Výměna nebyla možná. Jen vrácení a to by bylo nevhodné.”

“The products are very innovative but still reasonably priced. I've only orded a few items so far but they've all come within a few weeks which is amazing. I recently benefited from an enormous price reduction (about 75% off) on an item and was also sent another item which was very useful absolutely free. There are astonishing bargains to be had. The quality is also great though some items are very cheap, they are still excellent quality. Banggood is a great resource to find useful items not available at all in local shops or even other local online stores. They arrive quickly and are very good value.”
