“The delivery was quite prompt. The smartphone was well packaged and arrived safe and sound. When I switched from iPhone to Android, I had some minor issues, but they were all easily resolved. The price and quality are excellent! The FossiBot S5-Pro is a very decent model. The battery is excellent, no complaints. Thanks Banggood!”

“Banggood sells junk and refuses returns! I ordered a portable monitor in march 2026 and received it from a warehouse in Germany within a few days. Upon opening the shipping envelope, I immediately noticed that the seal on the box was broken. It's therefore very likely a previously returned product. Upon first connecting it, I discovered that the monitor has terrible picture and sound quality. I then requested return information, explaining the reason for the return. After seven days, I received an email stating that my ticket had been closed due to inactivity. Further tickets and complaints followed, and in the end, I was informed that a return would only have been possible if I hadn't opened the packaging! So, I'm stuck with this piece of junk! => I strongly advise against ordering from Banggood.”
