“DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. My son spent £80 of his birthday money on a remote controlled car from this bunch of cowboys. He used it 5 times before something went very obviously wrong with it through no fault of him using it. Sent a complaint asking for a replacement and am now caught in a pointless loop of chatbot responses and no real interest in them replacing or refunding us. I can’t fathom how they have such a high trustpilot score. Again…… DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY.”

“Shipped fast. Everything was what it supposed to be. As always. Only negative as bangood only gave one tracking number and goods were shipped in two different shipments by different companies. Luckily I got automatic messages on for incoming packages from those handlers otherwise I would have been confused after receiving only half of the order.”
