“Banggood site Advertise many different products. Bad thing is, some products have False, Deceptive Advertising. So you order item described in Products page, specifications. You wait for shipping, only after delivery you realize you not get what you Wanted, ordered. Shipped item not as Described in advert, not with declared specifications, or different quality. Please Be Aware, Double check product, read Review, compare with similar products elsewhere. If delivered product not you Ordered, ask for refund, Write review.”

“Do you want to be mocked Do you want to be mocked? THEN Buy from Banggood! I say this with all confidence. For over half a year, I bought a phone that was defective. For FIVE months they kept putting me off and making excuses. Of course they didn't find a solution. After 5 months they said they would refund my money. For a month they've been saying it's my bank's problem. I didn't think something like this would be possible in 2025. It's a joke....”

“Zunächst kann ich sagen, dass dieses Teil absolut sauber verarbeitet ist. Weder scharfkantig, noch ausgefranst. Ich benutze diese Führung in meiner Makita DRT50. Passt perfekt und die Führung läuft ohne zu hakeln. Kann diese Führung nur empfehlen. Werde hier weiter meine Jigs und andere Artikel kaufen.”

“Man weiß doch wo man bestellt und warum man hier bestellt. Vor 10 Jahren war alles viel mehr Abenteuer, Zoll und Steuer, lange Dauer im Zoll-Lager. Inzwischen ist es doch OK. Wenn etwas nicht lieferbar ist, kommt die Frage ob warten oder Geld zurück. Warten hat sich gelohnt. Was ist schon 1 Monat.”

“Poor quality item, too inaccurate for woodworking. The banggood app makes it literally impossible to upload photos as it only accesses my WhatsApp photos(!) despite me allowing full access to my photo gallery. The customer "service" agent was totally and completely unhelpful and has now removed that item from my order so I can't request a return/refund via the app. First time customer of banggood. Never again.”
