“I ordered the GamaKey87 keyboard with RGB and one of the lights could not keep up with the rest of the lights. Upon further inspection, one of the lights could only actually cycle through three colors. I e-mailed the staff for a response, hopefully customer service will reach out. This was ordered in a group order and took 2 weeks which is longer than doing an individual order. Possibly more expensive than an individual order too... I wish the coupons were easier to cycle through. The site is a bit hard to use. E-mail customer service to see if you could extend your warranty during the pandemic.”

“I purchased a solar powered security camera from Banggood. The camera seems to work but the app required to use the camera has a serious problem. I can't subscribe to a service that allows storing large, continuous videos in the cloud.”

“A compra demorou muito mais que o combinado, mas não posso atribuir ao Banggood, pois o problema pode ter sido a maldita greve de nossos Correios. O mandril que comprei veio certinho como anunciado, mas faltou informação sobre a rosca do modelo que o mandril se adapta e não deu para a minha esmerilhadeira Angular Black&Decker G 650 60 Hz laranja 220V.”

“Recibí mi producto en muy buen estado y es lo que realmente esperaba, superó mis expectativas. De pronto, fue muy demorado, llegó en 32 días y por esos mismos días compré en Linio productos desde la China y sólo se demoró 15 días, pero igual cumplieron respecto del tiempo establecido como fecha máxima de entrega.”
