“Ich habe erstmal nur ein rc auto bestellt. Hat mir super gut gefallen, da habe ich direkt noch eins bestellt. Das erste Auto ist schon kaputt. Ersatzteile waren super einfach zu finden und günstig. Habe ich bestellt. Ersatzteile und dass 2. Auro sind aber noch nicht angekommenm”

“I purchased a phone from this website. The sim card tray broke after only a couple days of use. It happens right?Bangood made me jump through hoops. Including posting a YouTube video. Pictures should have been sufficient. One I finally got a return authorization. I sent the phone back. 30 more bucks. Then they closed the return saying not shipped in 15 days which is bs. While there price are good. Customer service is terrible”

“First my parcel was lost in transit and late it was miraculously found the day it was being delivered then all electricals failed inside first time using it . They accepted it was a faulty product sent to me but then tell me to pay postage to send back which would be most of the cost of the item . Continuos stalling and going around in circles . This has been going on for nearly a month”
