“Ho fatto molti acquisti. Ho constatato che Banggood ha potenziato il servizio di spedizione, tutti gli ordini che da gennaio ho effettuato (varie modalità di spedizione) sono arrivati in Italia entro massimo 15 giorni. FANTASTICO!!! Ho avuto anche modo di contattare via chat operatori post vendita.. sempre gentili e sopratutto disponibili. OTTIMO!!! Ho annullato due ordini (sbagliato articolo), ed ho avuto il rimborso il giorno seguente. PERFETTO!!! Cosa da migliorare ? Spiegazione di come utilizzare i punti accumulati, visto che al momento non posso utilizzarli e non so perchè.”

“I received my order in 16 days. This is the first time I tried buying online and am relieved and content with the delivery. The couple of times I contacted support, they resolved my issues. I've never seen competent support staff before (even in my own country). The only negetive is they don't ship some items to my country. I don't know why this is the case.”
