“While you may have issues with some orders, customer service is pretty good and refunds are not difficult to get. In normal times, orders arrive on time and Banggood may offer you full refund if they take too long. Prices are competitive and can be reduced further if you have the right coupon.”

“insulting how bots are stating not to pay attention to high star reviews yet are obviously flooding this review with 1 star reviews themselves. Hopefully nobody uses this source for information, and points out the obvious problem with anonymous reviews.... I am a verified purchaser from Banggood, focusing on remote control electronics only. Shipping is horrendously long (have 1 delivery that will reach 60days from order to arrival) and updates to tracking can be delayed. Don't order from Banggood if you need/want it quickly, that's why you will pay a premium from other sources to get it quicker. Don't order if you're not sure as I can imagine the return policy (if there is one) to take longer than shipments. So far I have had 0 issues with electronic speed controllers, servos, motors, tools,wire, etc.”

“I have been shopping in this store for about three years. I mainly buy lamps, tools and electronics. Sometimes there are longer delivery terms, therefore only 4 stars out of five. This is one of the few Chinese stores where the delivery or quality problem was dealt fairly. This is one of the reasons I will shop here. I don't have to worry about my money here. Prices and choice are good at Banggood.”
