“By delivering ahead of forecast date to my doorstep (during CoVid#19 pandemic). By giving timely advice of delivery progress - but not overly enough to be a nuisance. Photo shows the Mercury 5 HP outboard motor driving my yacht with new water pump impeller fitted.”

“El servicio de entrega duró menos de 30 días, satisfecho con la rapidez, porque un primer envío duró mas de 2 meses. Felicitaciones por el proceso de mejora continua.”

“This was the first time I ordered personal items from China to be delivered to South Africa. I was a bit concerned as I did not know what to expect. I was greatly surprized and very happy with the Banggood service. I am very impressed with the regular communication and updates on my order. I will recommend Banggood to other South Africans. My only concern with ordering unknown products from China is the quality. This might lead to ordering items of very low quality without knowing it and sending it back for reimbursement will not make any sense.”

“It was exactly what I expected and my exact size. It also came earlier than they said it would. A week earlier! Well packed and really cheap..I shall be making a bigger purchase again but I'm worried that I have to get that code for making big purchase and I'm not ready to leave my home for it”

“I received my order in just a week! Everything was okay. The only issue was the tracking number that Banggood provided on its website was completely different from the tracking number the carrier was using. So I had to call GLS Europe to find out the corresponding tracking number. Also, on the website they showed that the order was already delivered, when in fact it was still at the percelshop. They really need to streamline these things.”
