“I received my order in just a week! Everything was okay. The only issue was the tracking number that Banggood provided on its website was completely different from the tracking number the carrier was using. So I had to call GLS Europe to find out the corresponding tracking number. Also, on the website they showed that the order was already delivered, when in fact it was still at the percelshop. They really need to streamline these things.”

“I've been a long time customer. Banggood is not perfect, but using a little of common sense you can buy confidently at low price. Don't expeck quick delivery from China. If you need quick go to a local warehouse and spend a little more.”

“delivery is slow, but they tell you up front how long it will take. Tracking is unavailable until the item reaches the U.S., then its just like any other parcel. The item was well packaged and arrived in great condition. I did not return anything nor ask for a refund.”
