“I've been a long time customer. Banggood is not perfect, but using a little of common sense you can buy confidently at low price. Don't expeck quick delivery from China. If you need quick go to a local warehouse and spend a little more.”

“delivery is slow, but they tell you up front how long it will take. Tracking is unavailable until the item reaches the U.S., then its just like any other parcel. The item was well packaged and arrived in great condition. I did not return anything nor ask for a refund.”

“Product, price excellent and arrival in Canada very speedy. Big delay and break of 3 weeks in tracking information happened after notification of arrival in Canada, so notice of delivery attempt came while on vacation and had to collect from warehouse myself. Very satisfied with Umidigi phone.”
