“Banggood is really reliable and good value (especially with items on special offers). Customer service is generally good, if somewhat frustrating sometimes, but it is usually more a language barrier than an unwillingness to assist. Shipping and delivery are reliable and quite cheap, even if on the slow side. Another curiousity is the unnaturally highly rated reviews on their own site catalogue. :)”

“Out of 4 of my orders only one was without any issues. One malfunctioning product, one not working at all, as if none tested them before sending. At least they refund some money for me for repairs but it's still a waste of time. One package was completely lost in transit for 2 months, no one knew where it was and then it magically reappeared after I asked for reshipment. Customer service is 99%automated with the same responses and fake names. It took 1 hour of talking to a consultant before i myself found a solution to the problem i was describing. Skip this middleman and buy from producers directly.”
