“I have been buying from Banggood for years. A reliable company and usually decent customer support. Delivery can be a bit variable but I accept that as part of buying from the other side of the world. If 3 week delivery bothers you, go and pay double in your local shop.”

“Orders never arrive - No warranty Placed 3 orders 2 never came after 4 months. The 3rd order was defective and they refused to pay a full refund or send a replacement. After constructing and a sending video verifying the product was defective They sent support emails in that they knowledge that the product is defective. They offered me a refund. The stipulation is I must return the product to China at my expense. I paid extra amount to have product sent from USA Wherehouse, no matter has to be sent to Chia”
