“-in some cases improve delivery times, -When the product is out of stock, report at least every fifteen days that it continues to be out of stock, I have the order 89583286 without information that it has happened since August 23 -Some orders such as order 89600956 with tracking guide WSHMX2510638313YQ has been in Mexico since September 15 but there is no information on which local courier for tracking”

“I created a new account and was offered a $20 coupon. I livechated several times to find out how to get the $20 as I buying an RC plane. Their livechat customer person, promised to send an email to explained how to apply the $20. Never got the email (twice I was told of the email). Now, that I find out that is only $12, the coupon expired. There was not information about coupons expired. This lack of transparency, only results on customers going to other vendor sites. You lost me as a customer.”

“Order was delivered as described. Very bright LED lamp which is perfect for my garage and potting shed. Not sure about the waterproof aspect of this lamp as the wires are exposed to the elements and would need some form of sealing to stop any shorting across them but for indoor use I am very happy with things. The reflective surface does get hot so be aware of where you place these units.”
