“Banggood is really reliable and good value (especially with items on special offers). Customer service is generally good, if somewhat frustrating sometimes, but it is usually more a language barrier than an unwillingness to assist. Shipping and delivery are reliable and quite cheap, even if on the slow side. Another curiousity is the unnaturally highly rated reviews on their own site catalogue. :)”

“I am very satisfied with the product received, it is according to the presentation. The delivery time was shorter than other deliveries and I did not have to pay additional fees. Banggood made me happy again. I recommend the product for those who want to keep the appliances clean.”

“Out of 4 of my orders only one was without any issues. One malfunctioning product, one not working at all, as if none tested them before sending. At least they refund some money for me for repairs but it's still a waste of time. One package was completely lost in transit for 2 months, no one knew where it was and then it magically reappeared after I asked for reshipment. Customer service is 99%automated with the same responses and fake names. It took 1 hour of talking to a consultant before i myself found a solution to the problem i was describing. Skip this middleman and buy from producers directly.”

“I'm a regular customer, maybe several tens of orders. 99% satisfied, prices ok, delivery ok, product quality almost always ok. The one and only thing is to complain, is, 'user guides ' for the pruducts must be found sepatarely by the customer! This far All Products are worth their price and qulity, so I'm Happy with Banggood!”

“Banggood; delivery was good but they shipped a obviously and visibly defective watch (large metal pieces between crystal and watch face) and they are now reluctant to take a return. I sent them 4 pics and they now want a "video." Not sure what a video of a stationary item will tell them that 4 pictures will not. Run do not walk away from this company.”

“It has various items I very like a lot. A customer support representative ACTUALLY CALLED ME to ask me why the reason for a feedback comment I wrote and they made sure to know what I was talking about. That was wonderful. Excellent shipping service.”
