“Positive experience of buying a treadmill so a fairly bulky, expensive and battery-powered item! No payment at customs and very fast shipping (5 working days) from one of the warehouses that Banggood has in Europe! I will buy back from them soon and recommend it.”

“Products are often not as described and will end up in the trash bin. It is very difficult to communicate with customer support and arrive at a solution. Do not recommend, rather buy somewhere else that will work.”

“Delivery was prompt and actually arrived earlier than expected. Only concern is that item is shipped in Banggood labelled bag which can make it tempting for theft, much prefer plain shipping packaging. Tracking could be bettered on app, not very descriptive but email correspondence was 100% at delivery time.”
