“I love Barnie's Café Blend coffee, but this last order I received was not packaged right. My boxes were torn and quite a few of the K-Cups were pierced and several were crushed. I threw out more than half of my order and did not take pictures to send back to the company so I didn't receive any replacements.”

“I love Barnie's Coffee and am so pleased they ship to England - it's like getting a gift from home when it arrives. However, when the international shipping label is filled out incorrectly, I always have to pay custom charges after already spending a fortune on the coffee and shipping to the UK. I order coffee from Honolulu and their coffee arrives without custom charges. I should not have to pay custom charges on coffee for personal consumption - whoever is filling out the form is not doing so correctly. Because of this I may not buy from Barnie's again. Shipping costs to the UK cost as much as, if not more, than the value of the coffee. To add $50 - $60 unnecessary costs on top of this does not enhance our experience. It holds up receipt of the coffee and I find it upsetting to have to pay the additional amount.”

“We always enjoy Barnie's coffee. This time right after I ordered, I received a special offer for a free sample of the cold coffee. I was disappointed as this was something I had considered buying but wasn't sure about. My order had met the qualifications for the offer but I hadn't requested it as I didn't know about it at the time. I contacted Barnie's to let them know I was disappointed to have missed the offer, but didn't hear back from them. When my order arrived the cold coffee sample was included! Made my day!”

“We have loved Barnie's Santa's White Christmas for years and even after moving from Sarasota to The Villages, we continue to order it directly from Barnie's when we can't find it at Publix! Great coffee.....Great Company!”
