“Hard to right a review when the product has NOT been delivered. Customer service said they would look into it & call me back....but no a word has been heard & no effort to compensate for the order or inconvenice!!”

“I ordered an “office” case of coffee. Barnies called to say I couldn’t order a case if I didn’t have a business. I let her know that I was not aware of that specification. She said they would send it this time but in the future if I ordered it that way, my order would be canceled. She was not very friendly about it. I felt like I was being reprimanded. I’ll think twice before from them again. At least the coffee was good.”

“They make the best product but suck at service and marketing. Even though it was the next morning of the sale they still had the sale on the website but it did not work. It took them three days to ship my coffee as well. They would be ask big at they were in the early 90s if they actually knew how to sell their product. Embarrassing”
