“Very unsatisfied. I ordered a 24mm in error. I immediately emailed Barton asking to revise my order to be a 22mm. After 3 weeks of back and forth the 24mm arrived.. I again reached out to Barton. The said they would send me a 22mm band. Today the mail came and instead of a 22mm band, they sent a 20mm. So I now uave a 20mm and 24mm band I don't want and still don't have the 22mm band I want. This service is ridiculous...”

“The product itself is great, just what I was looking for, good quality, just as pictured, and a very good price! The only negative is how long it took to receive the band after ordering (over 3 weeks), could not reach company, was not trackable (even after downloading the tracking app sent in an email). It was a gift that was given way late. Website says a Texas co., so not sure why the incredibly long wait for the band. But very happy with the actual band!”

“Love your bands, but wish you had an expanded selection of long bands, especially in the Canvas series. Also, it would be great if you sold bands that were not Quick-Release. Not everyone likes them, including myself.”

“As always the band arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The sizing is also spot on. The band is one of many i have from Barton in particular this is an elite silicon band which is comfortable, durable,great looking”

“Good afternoon, I believe Barton watch bands are good quality however the customer service and accuracy of the orders is not good. I ordered a watch band on 1 Jan 23, I did not receive the band until 25 Jan 23, and then when it did arrive it was not the band I had ordered. I contacted customer service on 26 Jan 23 and have not heard anything back.”
